Defence document
Lonmin Plc is one of the worlds largest producers of Platinum Group Metals, operating solely in South Africa. In 2008 they received a hostile takeover bid from the mining group Xstrata Plc. We were commissioned via Merchant Banks Citi and Greenhill to design and produce Lonmin's initial defence document.

The document had to portray complex key business information and statistics in a strong graphic style in order to convince the shareholders to reject the unwelcome offer.
