Greg Reeve
Greg has over 25 years experience of financial documentation in the corporate market place. He has advised Government Departments, Corporate advisers, Finance Directors and Company Secretaries on the logistics of designing, printing and distributing a range of issues, for example: Privatisations, IPO’s, Mergers and Acquisitions, Report & Accounts, Investment and Fund Management reports. He has advised many blue chip as well as smaller plc’s including the AA, AXA Sun Life, Alliance & Leicester, BT, Eircom, Friends Provident, HBOS, Halifax, Land Securities, National Grid, National Power, Norwich Union, Royal & SunAlliance, Scottish Widows, the Water and Electricity companies. Greg worked very closely with Miles on the design of financial documents for many of these issues.

Greg was latterly Sales Director of St Ives Financial (formerly Burrups). Since their takeover he has joined Fourth Quarter to further develop their relationships with plc’s and corporate advisers.
